  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the time they are placed and confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

2. Shipping & Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes apply after your order has been shipped:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic U.S.): Typically 10–14 business days.
  • Express Shipping (Domestic U.S.): Typically 7–10 business days.
  • International Shipping: Typically 11–15 business days, depending on destination.
    Please note that international delivery can be delayed by customs clearance, local postal services or local holidays.

4. Important Shipping Conditions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses outside the United States.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to inaccurate address information provided at checkout.
  • Duties, taxes or customs fees for international orders may be charged by your country’s customs. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Delivery time estimates exclude processing times, customs clearance, and local carrier delays.

5. Order Cancellations & Changes

  • You may cancel or request changes (address, shipping method) to your order within 1 hour of placing it—before we begin processing.
  • Once your order is in processing or shipped, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations.

6. Missing, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.
  2. If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the order, please contact us at support@metbrick.com. Please include your order number and tracking number in your message.
  3. For international orders, allow up to 30 calendar days from the shipping date before contacting us, as transit times vary by country and customs.
  4. If the package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and provide us with their case number for review.
