At Metbrick, your satisfaction is our priority. If our health and wellness products don’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right. Below are the details of our 30-day warranty and return process.


30-Day Warranty & Eligibility

We stand behind our products with a 30-day warranty (from delivery date). To qualify for a refund or exchange:
✅ Unused & unopened: Item must be in original condition and packaging.
✅ Defective items: Proof (photo/video) required for full refunds.
❌ Non-eligible: Opened/damaged items (see Partial Refunds).

Note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (10% of order price deducted).
  • Missing items not listed in your order description are ineligible.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email Us: Contact [email protected] within 30 days.
  2. Inspect & Process:
    • Returns take 7 business days to process after arrival.
    • Approved refunds are issued in 3–5 business days (varies by bank).

Partial Refunds & Conditions

Refunds may be reduced or rejected if:

  • Item is used, damaged, or missing parts.
  • Original packaging is altered (e.g., labels, tape).
  • Returned after 30 days.

Refund Amounts:

  • Unopened: 100% refund (minus shipping).
  • Opened: 80% refund (restocking fee applies).

Rejected items will be discarded unless you cover return shipping.

Exchanges

  • 30-day window: Exchange fee = 30% of product price (e.g., 30fora100 item).
  • Our mistake? No fee (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  • Process: Pay invoice → new item ships in 7 days. Keep/discard original product.

Defective Items

For products that stop working within 30 days:

  1. Submit proof: Photo/video of defect.
  2. Prepaid label: Provided for full refund.
  3. No proof? Partial refund conditions apply.

Important Notes

  • Incorrect address? Pay shipping fees for replacement or deduct 10% for refund.
  • Unclaimed packages: 10% shipping fee deducted.
  • Rewards memberships: See Terms of Service.
